This fabulous vegetarian dish has a delicious rich flavour with the complex fetta flavours freshened with mint give life to one of Greece's favourite vegetables!

Classic Fried Squid
No Greek menu is compte without a seafood dish. You will be shown how to cook perfect squid - just fantastic with the Greek Salad

Slow Roasted Mastic Lamb with Skordalia & Ouzo roasted fennel
Melt in the mouth lamb Lamb with the unique mastic; native to the Greek island of Chios imparting a slightly smoky resin like flavour. Served with a smooth delectable Garlic rich mashed Potato & slow roasted fennel enhanced with licorice notes from the Greek Spirit Ouzo

Pastitsio
Greek macaroni pasta baked with rich béchamel sauce that incorporates cinnamon and nutmeg to make one of Greeces favourite dishes

Traditional Greek Salad
Kalamatta olives, fetta cheese, Crisp lettuce and ripe tomatoes. The simplicity and ingredient quality make this dish the perfect foil for some of the richer Greek dishes.
