Chef Profile: PATRICK ALDRED

Patrick's passion for cooking was inspired by his Greek Mother who would always cook a diverse range of traditional and innovative southern European & Middle-Eastern Foods. His passion and curiosity sent him on numerous culinary journeys across Europe and Asia further fueling his passion and understanding for cooking.

As the co-founder of the Gourmet Spice Company Spice Bazaar, he started sharing his knowledge and passion by teaching the Spice Bazaar cooking classes in Melbourne, & interstate including the prestigious Stick Rice Cooking School in Adelaide.

With an effervescent character with an enthusiasm that is infectious, he regularly presents at public Food and Wine Shows and Industry Events showcasing innovate and traditional combinations of Seafood, Moroccan and Spanish food and spice blends.

Patrick offers fun and adventurous classes full of traditional cooking expertise and a passion for Middle Eastern Spice Flavours.
