Spice Bazaar are proud to launch its much awaiting Cooking School and to launch it all with Food, Flavour and Fun.
All Classes are $125, 4 hours in length, include wine and time for dining on the dishes you have prepared!

2) Mushroom ragu with Truffle Oil on crispy Pane de Casa
Seasonal Mushrooms simmered in a luscious butter and truffle oil sauce on crispy breads

3) Deep Fried Green Olives with Ricotta Herb stuffing served with citrus aioli
Deep and lighly salty flavours with a crispy outside and tender, herbacious cheesy stuffing complimented perfectly with a citrus aioli dipping sauce

4) Genovese Fish & ShellFish stew
A sensational rich tomato fish broth with jewels of shellfish and fish perfectly poached in the sauce served with crusty bread

5) Home made Pappardelle with Putanesca sauce
Learn how simple it is to make your own pasta - enjoy the softness with a rich, Sicilian sauce of tomato, anchovie, olive and parsley. Special!

6) Citrus Osso Bucco Braise with Salt roasted potato & charred Asparagus

7) Sweet Polenta tart with Morillo cherry, Walnut & kirsh
Such a treat - sweet polenta with lucisous liquour marinated cherrys offset by cruchy walnuts
