Spice Bazaar is proud to launch the much awaiting Cooking School and to launch it all with Food, Flavour and Fun.
Classes are normally $125, but $100 for 2009 classes, 4 hours in length, include wine and time for dining on the dishes you have prepared!

Bastilla - the Festive Moroccan Sweet & Spicy Chicken Pie
This traditional festive dish is
a rich, flaky sweet and savoury pastry. The filling is layered spiced poultry, almonds and eggs, and is dusted with icing sugar and cinnamon to serve.

3) Tunisian Spiced Cous Cous
This traditional North African classic dish is prepared so that it is bursting with flavour, citrus notes, pine nuts, cuirrants & Tunisian spices!

4) Trio of Middle Eastern Salads : Carrot Salad, Orange Salad, Beetroot Salad
These three colourful side dishes marry the sweet , spicy and aromatic flavours perfectly!

5) Algerian Spiced Olives & Nuts
A fantastic condiment as your guests arrive full of spice and flavour.

6 ) Middle Eastern Dried Fruit Compote with Orange Blossom Water, Yoghurt, Nuts & Aromatic Spices
An exotic desert that ebodies everything we love about Middle Eastern food - great spice flavours, lusciousness, sweetness, aromatics and texture. A fabulous conclusion to the Festivities.
