Spice Bazaar is proud to launch the much awaiting Cooking School and to launch it all with Food, Flavour and Fun.
Classes are 4 hours in length, include a glass or 2 of wine and time for dining on the dishes you have prepared!

1) Coriander prawn fritters.
S
ucculent juicy fritters made with nutty chickpea flour.

2) Salt cod croquettes.
These delectable crispy Bacalao (salt cod) fritters are served with homemade alioli
.

3) Mussels with manzanilla.
Fresh flavoured mussels prepared with the dry, slightly salty tang of manzanilla sherry.

4)The famous Chorizo sausage served with a richly flavoured black eye bean base.

5) Piquillo Salad.
Intense, tangy red capsicum flavoured salad, balanced with capers, lemon vinegar flavours.

6) Tortilla
The classic tapa found throughout Spain. This potato and egg dish is flavoured with capers and anchovies

7) Orange, fennel and black olive salad.

8) Spanish Creme Brulee.
A classic finished in Spanish style
