We hope that you will enjoy your new purchase, but in case you will not, simply send it back to us within 10 days of purchase date, provided the item hasnt
been used, in the original condition and package for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs,however this does NOT apply to any discounted items or
food items for which there is no return.
It is necessary to e-mail or call us prior shipping back for authorization & to check with us for the most efficient way of your return, and proper return
procedure.
We dont accept returns sent without prior authorization. Ensure you call us.
Most items are handmade. Sizes, tones and colors will always vary. All merchandise is approximated to actual size and color.
COOKING SCHOOL BOOKING TRANSFER, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cooking School Bookings can be transfered to another person at any time, but Spice Bazaar must be notified on new customer details via email or writing before the class.
Cooking School Bookings can only be Transfered to another class without penalty no less than 22 days before the Class date.
All Transfer requests must be in writing or email and received by spice bazaar within the designated periods below.
Cooking School Booking Transfers requests received between 11 and 21 days before the class date incur a 50% of full purchase price penalty,
unless spice bazaar have a full class confirmed and paid in full (through waiting list of students for that class).
Cooking School Booking Transfers requests within 10 days before the class date incur a 100% of full purchase price penalty,
unless Spice Bazaar have confirmed and paid in full (through waiting list of students for that class).
Outside the above conditions, Cooking School Bookings are not refundable, although rare exceptions, with supporting evidence,
may be considered at the discresion of Spice Bazaar.
SPICE BAZAAR POLICY
Every item we sell has been hand-made, some using simple tools. Naturally, there may be some slight variation between pieces. As a result, the item you
receive may be slightly different than that pictured. In the case of ceramics and other non-food items, these subtle differences only enhance the beauty and
value of each piece, ensuring your purchase is truly one of a kind. If you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to email us.
In the unlikely situation that your product should arrive damaged, you need to inform us ASAP, maximum 48 hours from receiving date (by email, phone or fax).
You are asked to keep the packaging for inspection in case an insurance claim needs to be opened with the shipping company. Failure to do so will void any
responsibilities for the occurred damage on our and/or the shipping company side.
All damages, defects or non-compliance of goods must be reported, in writing to Spice Bazaar within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Goods may only be returned in their original package. Goods may be returned only by the carrier with our previous approval.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
All orders shipped in the continent of Australia are shipped Australia Post unless requested otherwise, or unless we opt otherwise. Shipping time takes on
average of 1 to 10 business days after confirmed receipt of payment and if stock is available, although it can be longer in some circumstances.
