Hands On * Fun * Relaxed *Inspiring Spice Bazaar has been hosting public and private and corporate groups in fun, hands on and relaxed cooking classes across multiple cuisines for nearly 5 years.
Our 15 years of running the diverse Gourmet Spice side of the business means we have great credibility in running Moroccan, Middle Eastern, Persian, Asian and Indian cuisines with over 50 spices in the range! We also run quite a number of other classes that don't involve spices.
We run our popular Cooking Classes in such a way that they are relaxed, fun and inspiring. Food is the ultimate social glue - everyone must eat and cultures have bonded and socialised at the dinner table for millenniums.
Patrick and Jill are experienced and much loved presenters with many years of running classes; public, private & corporate as well as culinary demonstrations. Our experience, presenters a nd class structure break down barriers quickly and we ensure all people have a valuable role to play regardless of cooking experience level! We know that when people feel comfortable, they also cook great food!
Our menus and recipes are just fantastic, largely traditional and the resulting food is flavour-filled, stunning and different, yet not complicated to make and all expertly matched with local and overseas wines.
Our most popular menus include: Moroccan & Middle eastern, Exotic Persian, Eastern Mediterreanean Cuisine (fastest growing class), Spanish Tapas & Thai Street Food, but the range is much wider!
We have spent many years travelling Europe, Asia, India and Australia cooking, eating, watching and learning from diverse cultures about ingredient selection, technique and flavour.
