The perfect Grampians Feast: Saturday 2nd May 2015: 7.00pm – 10:00pm
Join us for an amazing dining experience that unfolds with fabulous mouth-watering Spanish Tapas with a glass of Sparkling while you mingle chat to hosts and guests.  The Dinner showcases a range of the exceptional produce from the Grampians region and unfolds with an amazing array of dishes from France, Spain, Sicily, Morocco.
Every Course is accompanied with a different half glass of perfectly matched quality Grampians Wine. (Additional Glasses of wine will be available at very reasonable prices)

Join the experienced Spice Bazaar Cooking School team in this series of inspiring, hands on, fun cooking workshops where participants are guided through the ingredients, spices & techniques while preparing 6 or so alluring dishes with Grampians wines 

SPANISH PELLA & PINTXOS CLASS

Friday 1 May, 2015  6-10pm

Discover the diversity of flavours and techniques of Spanish cooking as you make several fantastic paella styles and other exciting dishes showcasing an exciting Moorish influenced cuisine !  As part of the annual Grampians Grape Escape Festival, this cooking class will be held at the Centenary Hall in Halls Gap

Pintxos 3 ways  : Northern Spanish Tapas  (a selection of tasting dishes, finger food)
Spanish Seafood Paella 
Paella with Chicken, Chorizo,  Pea and Rosemary
Black Rice seafood
