    this fabulous vegetarian dish has a delicious rich flavour with the complex feta flavours, freshened with mint to give life to one of Greece's favourite vegetables!

    Slow Roasted Mastic Lamb With Skordalia & Ouzo Roasted Fennel
    melt in the mouth lamb with the unique mastic, native to the Greek island of Chios, imparting a slightly smoky resin like flavour. Served with a smooth delectable garlic-rich mashed potato and slow roasted fennel enhanced with licorice notes from the Greek spirit ouzo

    We will endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements if made aware on booking.
    Due to the nature of taking part in a group activity, however, it is unfeasible to omit certain ingredients from all dishes in a class.
