(1)
Add 2 tbs olive oil to pan
(2) Add Spice Bazaar Baharat to pan & briefly fry.
(3) Add chicken pieces, onion & water.
(4) Reduce heat & cover for at least 15 minutes
(5) Add carrots, simmer for 8 mins.
(6) Stir in peas, red capsicum, & zucchini.
(7) When vegetables are cooked, serve over rice or cous cous. |
