Superbly aromatic,
fragrant & flavoursome dish with hints of galangal, lemongrass,
cloves and chilli. |

1) Mix 1 tab Spice Bazaar Balinese Duck blend with 2 tabs oil.
2) Rub 1/2 spice paste into 1 duck, cut into serving size pieces.
3) Leave duck to marinate for 30 mins
4) Add remaining spice paste to 1 tabs oil and fry gently.
5) Add 400ml coconut cream and stir through.
6) Simmer gently with lid off, until duck is tender and sauce has
thickened.
7) Serve with steamed rice and fried shallots. |
