Fry 2 tbspns of Spice Bazaar
Balti Sauce Mix in 2 tbspns of olive oil for a few seconds
to release the aroma. Don't brown or burn it.
- Add
the contents of a 415g can of tomatoes, chopped.
- Add
4 chicken thigh fillets, chopped into cubes.
- Simmer
covered, for 10 minutes.
- Stir
through 1 cup of yoghurt and simmer uncovered for another 5
minutes.
- Serve
with steamed vegtetables and naan bread.
Alternatively
you could toss in some chopped zucchini and capsicum a few minutes
before adding the yoghurt to create a one pan dish |
