Vegetable & Pasta Salad with Capers & Dukkah |

combination of sweet and tangy flavours with a nutty base. Can be

cup roasted vegetables:
- pumpkin
- zucchini
- red capsicum
- mushrooms
1 cup al dente cooked pasta
3 tbspns olive oil
1 tbspn balsamic vinegar
2 tbspns chopped capers, rinsed and chopped
2 tbspns Spice Bazaar Dukkah |
(Serves
4) |
- Roast
or BBQ your favourite vegetables until just cooked.
- Slice
and add to cooked pasta.
- Mix
through the dressing made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar,
capers and Spice Bazaar Dukkah.
- Serve
with crusty bread and a good wine.
