4 chicken thigh fillets, chopped
2 tbspns teriyaki sauce
2 sliced zucchinis
1 chopped red capsicum
2 tbspns Spice Bazaar Dukkah

- Heat
olive oil in a large frypan.
- Add
chicken and teriyaki sauce
- Simmer
for 6 minutes.
- Add
zucchini and capsicum.
- Simmer
for 6 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add
2 tbspns Spice Bazaar Dukkah
and mix through.
- Serve
on a bed of steamed rice.
For
a change try different vegetables eg broccoli and beans are good. |
