A
rich spicy, aromatic and flavoursome marinade to mix with peanut
butter & coat meats and/or vegetables on skewers for BBQ,
grilling on coals! |

1) Mix satay spice with a little peanut butter and/or peanut oil.
2) Place chicken, pork or other meats or vegetables onto skewers
which have been soaked in water for at least 30 minutes.
3) Coat Meats or vegetables with Spice, place in fridge and allow
to permeate for 1-3 hours.
4) Start an open fire if possible and then allow flames to die down
to coals, then place satays over coals.
5) Turn satays to avoid burning, adding a little oil if too dry.
6) Serve with plain or Nasi Goreng rice, and a little sambal or
chilli. |
