1)
Coat steaks with Spice Bazaar Japanese 7 Spice.
2) Boil and mash potatoes with butter, horseradish and a little
milk or cream.
3) Mix eggs with sushi seaweed, and fry like
an omelette.
4) Fry steaks in a little olive oil, 3-5 minutes each side.
5) On each plate, arrange baby spinach leaves with mashed
potato, a portion of the omelette and top with steak.
