Scotch Fillet & Japanese
7-Spice

Ingredients
4 beef fillet steaks
2 tbspns Spice Bazaar Japanese 7 Spice
5 medium potatoes

1 tbspn butter
1 tspn horseradish
little milk or cream
4 eggs
2 torn sheets of sushi seaweed
baby spinach leaves
Olive oil to cook steaks

(Serves 4)
1) Coat steaks with Spice Bazaar Japanese 7 Spice.
2) Boil and mash potatoes with butter, horseradish and a little milk or cream.
3) Mix eggs with sushi seaweed, and fry like
an omelette.
4) Fry steaks in a little olive oil, 3-5 minutes each side.
5) On each plate, arrange baby spinach leaves with mashed
potato, a portion of the omelette and top with steak.
