- If
using a whole fish, score fish crossways on both sides.
- Rub
2 tbspns Spice Bazaar Moroccan La Kama into fish well.
- Wrap
each fish in aluminium foil and fold edges to seal.
- Cook
parcels on a barbecue or under a grill for 4 minutes each side.
- Unwrap
and serve delicious aromatic fish with a green bean salad and
baked potatoes.
