4 whole fish or 4 fish fillets (large enough for 1 per person)

(Serves 4)
  1. If using a whole fish, score fish crossways on both sides.
  2. Rub 2 tbspns Spice Bazaar Moroccan La Kama into fish well.
  3. Wrap each fish in aluminium foil and fold edges to seal.
  4. Cook parcels on a barbecue or under a grill for 4 minutes each side.
  5. Unwrap and serve delicious aromatic fish with a green bean salad and baked potatoes.
