Madras Meatballs

2 tbspns Spice Bazaar Madras Curry
1 onion, chopped very finely
1 egg
3 tbspns flour
2 tbspns olive oil

serves 4

1. Mix Spice Bazaar Madras Curry, onion and egg together well, using your hands if necessary.
2. Form mixture into small balls.
3. Roll in flour to coat
4. In a non stick frying pan gently fry meatballs in olive oil until cooked through (will depend on the size of the balls)
5. Serve with rice, yoghurt, and steamed vegetables.
