(Serves

1) Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in high heat, in a wok or heavy based pan
2) Add 1-2 teaspoons of Nasi Goreng spice mix until flavours are
released.
3) Add 1 finely chopped onion and stir
4) Add 1 diced carrot, zucchini and stir fry, stirring regularly
5) Add 1-2 cups cooked white rice and stir through
6) Add some soya sauce and a touch of sugar or ketchup manis
6) Cook until almost ready & add bean shoots, a squeeze of lemon
or lime and server with some sambal or chilli.Make traditional Indonesian
rice by stir frying with
finely chopped chicken and/or vegetables.
Add a touch of soya sauce/Ketchup Manis to taste
