Rendang spice - A deep, richly flavoured spice ideal with beef,
lamb, eggplant, chicken. Perfect when slowcooked with some coconut
milk over a low flame.
Meat
(Serves 4)
Contents:
No added salt, fillers or preservatives.
(1) Add 2 tbs olive oil to pan
(2) Add 1½ tabs Spice Bazaar Rendang to pan & briefly
fry.
(3) Add 4 Beef chunk pieces, 1 chopped onion & brown
(4) Add 1 cup of cocconut milk reduce heat & cover for 40 minutes
(5) When sauce is thick and meat tender, serve over rice with a
sprinkle of fresh coriander.
Ideal with Spice Bazaar Nasi Goreng!
