Bazaar Laksa
2 tbspns of olive oil
½ cup coconut milk
1 onion, quartered and pulled apart
2 carrots, sliced
2 zucchinis, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced into thin slices

Fry Spice Bazaar Laksa in
oil for a few seconds to release the aroma. Don't brown or burn
it.
2. Add coconut milk and simmer for 2 minutes, mixing through.
3. Add onion and carrots to sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Add capsicum
and zucchini, and simmer for further 5 minutes.
5. Serve with rice
