Fry Spice Bazaar Laksa in
oil for a few seconds to release the aroma. Don't brown or burn
it.
2. Add coconut milk and simmer for 2 minutes, mixing through.
3. Cool the paste and use it to coat 4 medium fish (cleaned and
scaled carefully).
4. Wrap each fish in aluminium foil (or banana leaves if you have
them) and cook on a barbecue for 3-4 minutes each side.
