 A Hawaiian Cooking Class? Who would have thought that such an amazing cuisine becons at the Spice Bazaar Cooking School amidst the beautiful volcanic islands surrounded by some of the worlds best beaches?
Japan meets the deep south meets Korea meets South America. These amazing and very traditional recipes showcase the best of the islands in a fun, easy menu that will inspire.

Teriyaki Musubi Two Ways
a nori-wrapped parcel of teriyaki joy - spam and chicken

Fish Tacos With Kim Chi
beautifully grilled spiced fish wrapped with avocado and slaw!

"Kalua" Smoked Pork
delicious slow-cooked pork wrapped in leaves and pulled...delicious!

Food Truck Shrimp
a gorgeous rich prawn dish with garlic, butter and spices

Macaroni Salad 
an Hawaiian classic -  a fabulous accompaniment to the kalua pork 

Pickled Vegetables Hawaiian-Style 

a very traditional cooling coconut jelly-like dessert that is a sensational end to this amazing menu

We will endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements if made aware on booking.
Due to the nature of taking part in a group activity, however, it is unfeasible to omit certain ingredients from all dishes in a class.
