Japanese Cooking Class Sat 24/11/19 at 11am-approx 3.30pm

    Learn how to make authentic Japanese cuisine on the back of our extensive research trip to Japan!
    It's a hands-on cooking class and you will cook traditional dishes with flavours that the Japanese actually love to cook and eat using Hibachi grills,  omelette pans, etc.


    Assorted Tempura including Prawn, Mushroom and Vegetable

    Flavoursome Soba Noodles

    Japanese Pickles

    Miso Soup with Tofu and Mushroom


     Various Yakatori sticks on Hibachi Grill

    Traditional Okonomiyaki Pancakes

    Fish Braised in Japanese Sauces

    Rice with Japanese Seasonings

    Japanese Omelette 

    Cold Tofu in Ponzu with Herbs

    Indicative menu only. We reserve the right to vary the menu somewhat based on seasonality, ingredient quality/availability, menu refinement and chef's inspiration.

    We will endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements if made aware on booking. 
    Due to the nature of taking part in a group activity, however, it is unfeasible to omit certain ingredients from all dishes in a class.
    Some of our classes are more appropriate than others for those with dietary requirements - please contact us for further information on suitability of class menus.
