Nasi Goreng (30g)


    Nasi Goreng recipe  = Indonesian Fried Rice

    1) Cook 1 cup of white rice, and cool
    2) Finely chop 1 small carrot, 1/3 cabbage, 1 red onion
    3) Finely chop 2 chicken  thighs
    4)  Heat a wok or large fry pan, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    5)  Add 1-2 tsp Spice Bazaar Nasi Goreng spice blend
    6)  Mix for 1 minute until aromas are released
    7) Add chicken & some small  peeled prawns. Cook 1 minute, stirring
    8) Add vegetables  and continue to cook and stir for 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through
    |9)  Add cooled rice along with 3 tbsp  soya sauce (sweet, or Ketup Manis if possible) Mix thoroughly
    10) Add a handful of beanshoots and stir 1 minute - Serve hot
