    Trio Of Mezze With Turkish Bread
    luscious, textured, gorgeous and tasty coatings...a visual masterpiece too

    Persian Silver Beet Triangle Pastries
    deep green filling wrapped in golden puff pastry

     Prawn & Blood Orange Chermoula
    marinated and cooked in gorgeous chermoula spice mix. Sensational, the prawns take on a new flavour with tangy citrus undertones

    Persian Lamb Kofta Baked In A Tomato & Saffron Broth
    finely minced lamb is topped with Middle Eastern ingredients to make a modern take on a Middle Eastern classic 

    Turkish Tomato & Onion Salad With Sumac

    simple, traditional and great with kofta and rice

    Saffron Pilaf Rice With Barberries

    buttery rice mixed with nuts, currants and saffron makes this a great dish in its own right

    Shiraz Beetroot Salad 

    this salad embodies everything Middle Eastern - sweetness, spiciness, minty, citrus with cooling yoghurt...simply delectable - salivating at the keyboard now!

    Indicative menu only.  We reserve the right to vary the menu somewhat based on seasonaliity, ingredient quality/availability, menu refinements, and chef's inspiration!

    We will endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements if made aware on booking.
    Due ot the nature of taking part in a group activity, however, it is unfeasible to omit certain ingredients from all dishes in a class.
    Some of our classes are more appropriate than others for those with dietary requirements - please contact us for further information on suitability of class menus.
