Balti
|
| Balti
food is saucy, stir fried and cooked in a wok. It originated in
Northern Pakistan near the Chinese border where the word balti means
'bucket' ie. Wok. Balti dishes are traditionally eaten with naan
or chapati, but also taste great with rice if you prefer. |
Contents:
Sesame seeds, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, fennel, spices
(no added salt) |
| Ideas:
Spice Bazaar's Balti blend is only a little
spicy so add extra chilli if you like your Indian food hot. Once
mixed with tomatoes to create a sauce base, intensify your chicken,
seafood, lamb, tofu or vegetable dishes with the flavour of this
blend. |
